Unfair conduct or practice

Vodacom has change plans without consulting thier custimer(i heared this from their consult keitumetsi this morning through Vodacom app consultation).My query was'i needed to convert my airtime into voice minutes on any network,i tried their ussd first but i could not get option.I then tried the app but could not find the option iether there.I end up opting for the live chatting with a human agent(that is were i met Kietu)I still have R350+ of airtime but i cannot convertit to minutes which can last me longer.I find Vodacom very unfair by this practice or conduct n this will cost them their long serviced customer like me
