Unfair cancellation
I have been with Vodacom for a year. However I am not happy with the service. I have been calling the accounts department since August 2018 trying to rectify my account but I am getting terrible service. When the country went into lockdown, my debit order did not go off on the scheduled date. It went off earlier than agreed. So the money sat in my account until I called in. I was advised to make a payment through EFT. Of which I did, but payment was made to the Vodacom Debtors Account and I used the cellphone number as the reference. Three payments were done to that effect for 3 months. In September, a debit order for double went off but it bounced I called your call Centre and I was advised to communicate with a Reesha Nundkumar. She correctly advised me to make payment to the Vodacom account and use the account number as the reference. I sent her proof of payments so that my account will be rectified but that is yet to be done.
Since then my account has been in shambles. I have been sending proof of payment to ***. I even sent to ***. They have not acknowledged receipt of my email. Since then it seems like my proof of payments have been ignored. Below is a list of dates of payments and the amounts. I hope somebody is willing to pay attention to this.

Could somebody please rectify my account for me. Proof of payment can be sent to a relevant party that can be able to properly allocate them. Please reinstate my contract.
