Unfair billing
I upgraded my two contracts and changed my banking details in a vodacom shop as well as my debit order date. The first month no debit order went of for vodacom so my status went into arrears.I did a Fund transfer and contacted customer care regarding my debit order that did not went through and were advised that on the system they have got the correct details but maybe it was loaded to late for that month. The second month i did got a sms on the 27th stating my debit order was unpaid.I contacted customer care as i changed the debit orde date to the first of every month and they advised that i dont need to worry as all looks fine on the system and it will go through on the first.Again on the first my debit order did not go off for vodacom and i called again to solve the matter. They advised that the problem were on there side as the bank details were changed but not activated for the debit order to go through. The person i spoke to set another date for the debit order to be deducted on the 9September and it went off sucsesfully . Now i have been fined a hundred rand for each time the debit order did not go through but it wasnt my fault as the problem were on their side. Since Friday the 15 September my phone keep on ringing with a message that my account is in arrears and my account will be suspended but the debit order went off a week ago. It is now Monday the 18 September and still getting this messages.
