Unfair Behavior - Extend Contract when was asked to end it

Good day,

I have serious problem with Vodacom, first service is pathetic and I cannot believe I continued with this contract from inception I had received nothing but staff attitude and poor service.

One I called and notify you way before June I cannot continue with this contract due to financial reasons and I told you I am not extending my contract YOU REFUSED AND SAID BECAUSE I HAD BEEN IN ARREARS in your sober mind why would you force a customer to continue with contract when they tell you they can't????

Your agent said to me in the contract it state that, I went and read the contract I have nowhere it state that IF I AM IN ARREARS I AM FORCED TO CONTINUE WITH CONTRACT FOR THE MONTHS I WAS IN...please send me copy of that clause???? in your copy because on mine it's not there maybe was made to sign for it on yours definitely it is not on mine.

Then you continued with contract and add month amounts when I did not even have access of service....what was I charged for????? In my knowledge when I called was told +-R4000 then received email talking about +R7000 where is it from, because of my health currently and at work this is an issue I decided to contact the Nadene Bezuidenhout whom I paid discounted amount as communicated and sent proof of payment then requested paid up letter then she is telling me stories that it was arrears this account is not settled and I need to call Vodacom when I called was told my account is handed over I need to contact legal.

I am sick of Vodacom pathetic service and don't care attitude. All I know I do not owe you anything and I want paid up letter than we go separate ways never meet again.

So, sort this out I don't need this back and forth enough of your staff bad attitude and poor service

Regards Gugu

I have been waiting for settlement letter until today - this is same reason I want nothing to do with your poor service since last year dealing with same issue but not resolved. Regards Gugu
