Unfair and Unauthorised Debit Order

Good day All

To my horror an amount of R3094.35 was debited from my account on the 29 January...no DebiCheck Amendment Mandate with new limit, no email stating that this amount was going to be deducted. I've been trying from the 1st of March to solve this problem. I was on the phone for about 2 hours been transferred from one department to the next. All of the agents have no clue of what is going on. I ended up chatting to someone on WhatsApp but he also is no help at all. In total I have 5 customer service numbers...All couldn't help. As soon as they hear what the problem is, they transfer you to someone else. I made a call today, the 5 March and was told by an agent that she'll call me back in an hour but it's been over 4 hours now and no response. All I would like to find out is how they came up with that amount. One month they will bill me for 20 mbps and the next month will be for 10 mbps. My recent invoice reflects R960 which does not make any sense...one of the agent's did tell me that my account looked very suspicious...then she transferred me to someone else.

How does one Trust a Company like this. I haven't even bought groceries this month because of this and I have 2 children to take care of.

Can someone please help me solve this issue as I'm really in a state because of this...I honestly don't know which way to turn now.
