Unfair and poor service at lephalale mall vodacom store

Me and my Father went into this vodacom branch, Lephalale Mall. It was on the 15/02/2023 that we did a 36-month contract on the Apple iPhone 15 pro max,we were told that they are out of stock, which means they will receive stock after 7 days and they will communicate with us when they received the stock.

After 8 days (23/02/2024) of not getting any kind of communication from them,we went back again to vodacom Lephalale Mall. We were told that the phone is ready for collection, but we were so surprised that they didn't even bother to communicate with us that the phone is ready for collection.

After 4 days, the phone would not charge anymore (27/02/2024).We took the phone back to the store, and on our arrival to the store consultant named by Keka told us that they are closing already we must come back again on the 29/02/2024.

On 29/02/2024, we went back again. we signed the documentation specifying that we are handing over the phone, and they are taking it away for rapairs, we were assisting by Consultant Jan Mmutlana, and we told him that what about we switch the contract to take another phone or to cancel the contract reason is because am no longer want that phone am not comfortable to use that phone again if it keeps up giving more problems, he responded saying that we are not going to switch the contract or to terminate the contract we will take the very same phone, I asked him why are you are forcing us to take the same problem phone,he rep**** by saying if we are no longer want the phone it will be his responsibility.

Since we handed the phone over, they didn't bother to communicate with us ,on the 04/03/2024 went back again to the store , and we assisted by the assistant store manager she also told me the same story for the 29/02/2024, saying that it will not be possible to take another phone or to cancel the contract. vodacom lephalale Mall, they will take your mood from 100 to zero😡.very poor service. They will treat you as if you are not going to pay.

My question is that we will be forced to take the problematic phone again as if we are not going to pay the contract??
