Unfair and pathetic Service

I have placed an Online sales order which went on deal. It was a Sony L1 with a PS4. I have waited for five weeks. I used to call everyweek at there was no stock of the PS4 and they are awaiting stock. Now I have been told that the order was cancelled and that there is no deal to recreate that order. In the first place I was never called by Vodacom and informed of this. I had to always call to see what was happening. You advertise for a product and do not deliver. This is not good practice. If there was stock issues Vodacom should have removed the offer from its website immediately. I am a very disappointed customer. Vodacom is a big reputable company and needs to keep up to their corporate standards.
