Unexplained loss of Vodacom airtime.

I am a pay-as-you-go subscriber of Vodacom's. Even if I do not use my cellphone at all, if I have say R50 airtime on day one, the next day this has gone down to R45. And this carries on day-after-day even if I don't use use the phone at all. I have been to the local Vodacom shop but they don't even know what I'm talking about. I have established that I am not a Wasp subscriber and am therefor at a total loss for an explanation. Is there anyone out there who can possibly throw some light on this?

I am suitably impressed with Vodacom's response to my query. The person who phoned me was not only knowledgeable but also very helpful. I have been informed by him that the cause of this R5 per day debit has been sorted out and will cease 3 days from today. Not only that but I have also had my airtime credited with R200 as a gesture of goodwill. I am most happy with the prompt service and give them at least 5 stars.
