Unexplainable Vodacom

I've always been a supporter of Vodacom, but lately I've been seriously contemplating changing the internet service provider which I use. I took out a contract with Vodacom for wifi on a standard package of 85 gigabytes for R300, I then decided to change my package to uncapped and they were happy to help me, the person I spoke with told me that my new uncapped package would cost me R600 a month for uncapped. The following month my bill was not R600 or R900 (which would've been moderately understandable), instead it was R1900. I then wanted to change it back to my original package which was R300 for 85 gigabytes, then again they were happy to oblige, but then I noticed instead of paying R300 for 85 gigabytes I got 60 gigabytes for R650 a month. I've phoned them multiple times waiting up to 30 minutes just to be cut off as soon as they pick up the phone. Every person I spoke to had a different answer, the most inexplicable one being that I chose the package where I get 60 gigabytes for R650. So in conclusion, my personal opinion is that Vodacom stole from me, and if you choose them as a service provider, they'll most very likely ***** from you.
