unexceptable service
I have complained serveral times about the coverage of Vodacom. Everytime they asure that a new tower will be in usage between 4~8 weeks. Guess what, still nothing. So the next step is they are going to phone me and tell me that the tower will be up and running in 4-8 weeks. They have supp**** numerous people around me with FREE boosters to increase signal strength but refuse to help me. What do I need to do to get assistance.. For a professional company they are operating more like a bunch of CLOWNS!!!!
