********* VODACOM: **** MONSTERS

My husband cancelled our contracts we had in South Africa in middle November 2020 in person at Mall@Reds and at Vodaworld in Midrand. This is after we have struggled to cancel the contracts for more than 8 months on all the avenues available. He had to call into the call centre over a 100 times even though the the shops mailed the cancellation department and requested expedited action . So most of the contracts seems to have been cancelled. By end of Dec. Literally after hours spent on the shop and on the phone. Then end of Dec we saw 2 of the contracts still being active and money being deducted. We then again went to Mall@reds. More emails were forwarded from the store for cancellation of the two contracts and more phone calls to the cancellation department. Ens of Jan and Feb 2021 no payment to Vodacom. We were now patiently waiting for our promised refund which was supposedly due end Dec and then Jan and then Feb. So end of March a small amount was deducted after no deductions going off Jan and Feb. Now we received another invoice for over R700 for 2 accounts due end April. How can an account be cancelled and then out of the blue they just start deducting again. That is not even mentioning the ***** that was committed by Vodacom in renewing contracts without our Consent. They knew we where moving to the USA and upgraded contracts while we where not even in South Africa. They were supposedly going to refund us that money over R100 000 and not one word from them. We are mailing the responsible person every week and not a peep for the refund. Just more bills and more ***** and more money being deducted *******ly. This needs to end now!!!! The 2 numbers they are trying to rip us off on again are: *** and ***. And the refund is on the numbers on his profile. I am awaiting urgent feedback as I’m now forced the follow the legal route if this is not resolved immediately. I have never came across a more ********* company.
