********* Sales Tactic

Just had a sales call from Vodacom to sell a new laptop contract to me. After listening to the pitch, the sales person, Donovan Clayton automatically asks me for my delivery address without even asking me whether or not I would be interested.

I told Donovan that he cannot just assume that I will be taking the contract. He doesnt even know whether or not I can afford it. Without skipping a beat he starts telling me about how I'm wasting money on data so I can afford it.

First of all this is extremely *********, as Donovan and Vodacom can easily bully someone into a contract that they cannot afford, making the person feel like they agreed to something that they never had the option of considering even. Secondly, going into the customer's personal information to tell them what they can afford or not, is even more ********* and offensive.

Vocacom, if you at all would look at this, this is a disgrace. You should be ashamed.
