*********, rude, disrespectful customer care consultant

Evidently customer service within Vodacom only end at their company financial statement results presentation, with their CE - Shameel Joosub, who was waxing lyrical about how they plan on improving their customer experience. Well, that talk only ended in the boardroom that day. I made a call to their contact centre on the 25 May 2016 at 16:40 and a lady by he name of Obakeng Malope answered, she was unwilling to help and even put the phone down on my ear - transferring me to a voicemail prompt without any reason for doing that or my issue being resolved. She also cancelled my internet connection without my consent and seemingly she didn't know what she was doing.

Upon reading that my device was no longer longing on to the Internet, I made another call on the same day 25 May 16 was made at about 17:05 and was routed to their Capte Town contact centre which is always a pain and has atrocious customer service levels. A lady answered, her real name, Nyameka Dondolo, which I later learned, answered the phone as Nwabisa and was extremely rude to me arrogant, when I asked her name again she said she was Olungaka Dubedube, she was extremely rude to me and ordered me around.
