********* PRACTICE

After seven months into my 24 month contract Vodacom has unilaterally decided to discontinue with my 100 minutes monthly allocation. I have spent a total of four hours with staff in different departments who cannot resolve a simple problem. Staff named Lebogang Ndlangamamandlal and Ismael Ncube are some of the staff who cant assist. Surely there is a legal contract between a customer, whose bank account gets debited religiously every month, and Vodacom. How can they be allowed to carry on business this way. A customer cannot get access to senior staff as their so called team leaders never bother to return calls. Even the CEO's office DOES NOT bother to return calls or reply to emails. This goes beyond pathetic service, its into ********* behavior. I DEMAND, as a customer whose account is up to date, to get a call from the CEO's office to resolve my issue. My number is ***.

I now received an sms from a "Debbie" who stated that the 100 minutes for for 30 days only. If that is true why did I receive 100 minutes in June, July, August, September, October and November 2021? Surely Vincent whose title is "Executive Client Liaison Officer " should take the time to obtain the recording which concluded the contract in May 2021 where the minutes, data and sms' was agreed upon. Surely an Executive person would think to do this...

I DEMAND the recording from Vodacom so that I can hand it over to my attorney who will take this us legally.

Its now 2022, the poor service AND incorrect billing has not been addressed. A Mr Vincent Mahlafunya who works as an Executive Client Liaison Officer was very helpful late last year BUT I'm still being billed incorrectly (overcharged) despite confirmation from him, via email that all has been sorted. I sent him an email on the 11 January and followed up after two days but I have not received any response. Even including the CEO/CEO's office does not yield any action from Vodacom. Can Vodacom PLEASE respond to my email and rectify my billing. Once the debit order goes off and monies paid to Vodacom it will be impossible to recover any funds.
