How does Vodacom get away with advertising as a Open Access Network on Fibre, and yet ISP's can't sell on there Network. An area in KZN - Yellowwood Park has just gone live. Vox advertise been a Credited Partner with Vodacom as an ISP, and yet I get told by Vodacom agents, that only Vodacom can sell on Vodacom Fibre, which this is not an Open Access Network. as far as I'm concerned, and against what is advertised. This needs to be reported to ICASA, which will be done.
