I bought a laptop from Incredible Connections through a Vodacom contract in January 2020. However, Vodacom refused to insure the laptop as they claim they do not have it on their price list. It is surprising that I have to pay them a premium for a contract on a laptop that they do not have. I feel this is a bad, unprofessional and ********* business practice by Vodacom and its insurance administrators, Finrite Administrators.
