********* business practice
My lte sim only contract is coming to an end on 03/09/21. I requested on 03/08/21 that my contract be stopped immediately once my contract term ends because I have signed up with Vodacom Fibre. I was told that I had to give one month notice at the end of my contract thus forcing me to pay another month on a expired contract and ultimately waste the lte data as I have fibre with Vodacom already. Does my request I made on 03/09/21 not count as a months notice? Other service providers stops end of term contracts immediately provided the customer let them know in advance. As mentioned I have signed up for a 100mb fibre line with Vodacom which will cost me about R1000 per month. Are you willing to compromise a long term customer relationship where I would pay you R1000 every month against R299 for a lte sim only contract which are soon expiring? This should be a no-brainer to any business. Should you choose to go ahead with your ********* business practice, rest assured that I will choose another fibre service provider in the next year and promise you I wont ever touch another Vodacom product.
