********* business practice
Warning to anyone intending to buy iPhone through Vodacom. I was sold the first iPhone 6 which had a swelling battery within 6 months of use. I took it back and was replaced with a ‘new’ one. I used the so called new iPhone for less than 11 month and something went wrong with the mother board and it shuts down completely. Vodacom is now claiming the device is out of warranty and they simply don’t care. The device broke on its own which could mean that Vodacom is selling iPhones that are old and possibly refurbished. There’s no explanation why a phone that is so new just stop functioning without a reason. So disgusted by this ********* business practices and hopefully no one experiences my unfortunate experience.
