********* business practice

I have been deceived by Vodacom by their false adverti*****t and marketing games. I went to the shop to sign up for the contract as per the browser within the time advertised and the contract was approved. Now they might have seen the deal is not viable or want to back track on their promise (or false adverti*****t) after all the approvals. If Vodacom is not able to keep to the promise with the same device due to shortage then similar or higher spec device should be issued to the customers who already was promised the device. Instead they decide to run and hide away from the customer - All the marketing on the importance of customer service and customer experience given by Vodacom from my experience here is purely a false propaganda and ********* cheating, they really don't care how the customer feels or even to keep a promise. Please advice me on the next steps.

Dear RO The complain is still pending, can I have some resolution please. It is high undesirable and unfortunate for big business to bully consumers by posting a response such as the one above. Give me you contact details and I will originate the call myself.
