********* business practice

I have a smart s contract whereby I receive 200 MB of data every month. I have two contracts and my monthly bill is just over R700.00 , to my surprise I got an sms on 28 Feb from my bank notifying me of a R2500.00 deduction, I spent an hour holding for an operator then hung up and went to a Vodacom store, on many occasions my data was depleted and I would wait for the 1st of the next month. I was informed that my data usage was R1800.00. On a capped 200MB contract? I don't think so. I'm reversing this ASAP and will stop Vodacom from debiting my account in future, I would rather pay it in at a Vodacom store or do an EFT. I use that sim in a router and when the data is up , ITS UP. On the 4th when I supposedly used over 2gb of data , I wasn't even home and the router in which the sim was , was off. But that's not the point! How was my data usage able to exceed the agreed upon 200MB? And how was someone able to access data through my account, I think this is an internal error or blatant internal theft, I'm not paying anything until this is resolved and I receive a full detailed explanation as to how this had happened, hope to hear from you soon as you not getting anything until then!!
