********* Bullies

I am so sick and tired of having big corporations *****ING from their clients! Like really a company that made more than R80 BILLION in Revenue really needs to cheat their Penny Pinching Customers out of their hard earned cash?

1. VodaCom's VLive just Randomly Subscribing you to their Service - That is ******* Vodacom. Please show me where I signed for this. 2. Having to pay what, a R100 or something stupid for Itemized billing? Yes, charge me for my own account so that it is easier for your "Lets subscribe these numbers to VLive today and ***** R10 PER DAY from them" 3. What about changing Contracts T&C's without having the client sign it off and then just deduct more money from the client - That is so legal and Ethical 4. These Durban Call Centers that they subcontract to call you, where their Rude Agents shout at you and then put the phone down in your ear. When asking Vodacom about them they "Have no Idea why this company phoned you as they have no affiliation with Vodacom" but its cool they won't investigate and you will get a new call from that same place next week. 5. These 7 day data bundles, so when you activate them and it is at the end of the month, as soon as you get your monthly data bundle then Vodacom stops deducting data from the 7 day one (even though you still have a 150MB left) and deduct the data from your monthly bundle and then cheating you out of that 150MB that will expire in two days time. 6. Even after canceling these subscriptions having Vodacom STILL deducting money from you.

It gives me so much satisfaction to take my business of the last 15 years else where. I will also tell EVERYONE that I know how ********* Vodacom is and advise everyone to never become a Vodacom client.

You guys SUCK.
