*********! Breach of Contract! Money Grabbers!

I have had a cell phone account in which I opened in 2012. 3 years later I can not close this account.<br> Upgrade was taken out in 2014 which I NEVER took out and did not get a head set and I was never advised that I wanted to take out another 24 months! If i want to close the account i have to pay extra as it only expires in 2016. ***!<br> Its a mission to get feedback or a response from the Agents! They tell you it is what it is! I am so disappointed with Vodacom.... They are sharks! Just money takers! It makes me sick!
