********* behaviour

I got hunted down by Vodacom to take out a contract. At the time i requested at a point that they take me off the marketing list - however, I was told that they can't. I took out a flexi 175 as I use minutes a lot and thought that at least the agents would leave me alone. The sole reason for this was to buy anytime minutes. Now Vodacom has changed and I am no longer able to buy anytime minutes for 30 days. When I took out the contract Vodacom know this was the only reason - and still continued to sell me this contract. On top of this they are increasing my monthly airtime (and bill) - for what? So that I have more airtime that I cannot use? This contract is now useless and I am not getting support from the call centre. Vodacom is ********* - you cannot hunt people down to take out a contract and then change the conditions of the contract in such a way that it becomes useless to them. I will never do business with Vodacom again. At the end of this contract I will change my number so that they cannot "hunt" me down to take out another contract.
