********* and utterly disgusting Vodacom

I had an account with Vodacom that unfortunately went into arrears and was given to a debt collector. I then settled the arrears account with the Debt collector Burnard, Raaff & Associates in 2019 and received a paid up letter. About a week ago I pulled a credit report and to my shock the Vodacom account was still listed. I've since tried to get Vodacom to attend to the matter but of course I'm not important enough anymore, seeing that I don't owe them anything. Now I have to run around trying to clear debt of my account that was paid up 2 years ago. They will probably end up ignoring this complaint as well!

Why was this not done 2 years ago? All you ever get is a meaningless apology and sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe you actually need to care about the people who ensure that your company doors remain open on a daily basis. Instead we are treated as a phone number that has no human value or deserves empathy and not your meaningless sympathy.

What happened to taking responsibility and holding yourself accountable for your actions or in this case, lack thereof.

I do not accept your"apology" and I want to have answers! You have impacted my credit record for 2 years your response is insufficient and unacceptable.
