********* AND UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTISE!!!

I took up this insurance when I first got my Vodacom Contract(Samsung J4) years ago. After 2 years of initial contract, Vodacom called me to Renew my Contract as it has expired so I subsequently renewed my contract and I was handed another new Phone(Apple Iphone 6s). Now my initial device(Samsung J4) was still in good condition so I gave the Iphone 6s to my Girlfriend. After another 2 years Vodacom once again called me to Renew my Contract as it had expired again. I renewed my Contract and once more was handed another new Phone taking the number of phones I own to 3. A normal person cannot carry 3 cellphones - Vodacom cannot prejudice me when it comes to claiming for a cellphone I paid for 3 years simply because my sim card was in one of the 3 phones THEY gave me.

1.This is unfair! 2.This is unreasonable! 3.This is totally unacceptable! 4.It is very *********! 5.It is prejudicial! 6.It goes against all Insurance principles!

I plead with you to reconsider your decision as I have also been a loyal customer of Vodacom for over 10 years and I have never missed payment on neither my Insurance nor my Contract.

I lodge an Internal Dispute process and Barbara Kutumela had no decency to call me, furthermore her subordinates refused for me to speak to her when I called into the call centre and waited for 25minutes.

If you need anymore information from my side please do not hesitate to contact me on ***.

****************

I have renew my contract twice with Vodacom resulting with me having 3 cellphones from them. I insured one of the cellphones with them and now they are refusing my claim because my Sim card was not in the insured phone - who uses 3 cellphones at once and why do they dictate to me which phone I must use my simcard!!!
