********* and Sneaky behavior!

I recently visited the Vodacom store in the Phoenix Plaza(Durban) My LG G4 suddenly stopped working , the screen went blank and the phone never came back on. I visited the store to send my phone in for repairs as it was still under warranty, When I went into the store an assistant had advised me that the phone needed to go in to be assesed as she was unsure what the issue was , this was after she opened the back of the phone to check if there was visible damage or if there was water damage (Which can be identfied by a little white dot on the back of the phone , this dot changes colour (red) when there is water damage) , she confirmed that there was no water damage and booked the phone in to be assessed. Yesterday (28/02/18) we received the phone from vodacom only to be told that the phone is water damaged and can not be repaired as the warranty does not cover this!!! The dot is now red! Which baffles me , because it seems as though somewhere between handing the phone over to Vodacom and receiving it again ... a water leak of some sort occurred or the phone swam to the repair centre . Its poor and ********* service from both vodacom and the repair centre. Its totally disappointing to note that this is the kind of service that is received from a leading mobile network. I changed from Cell C for better signal , but clearly I missed the memo on the pathetic customer service from Vodacom! I dont wish to deal with Vodacom in the future and I would like the public to be wary of the sneaky behaviour of "SA's best network provider"
