********* advertising

Vodacom advertised a deal 400gb + 400gb deal for R229. I app**** for it online and eventually phoned by the call centre who said the deal has expired. Afterwards they will try to offer you something else, not what you actually wanted. Why advertise something if you not willing to give it to your customers? If you are out of stock then update your website. Clear cut ********* advertising.

When I app**** it was available.
Later when I checked, it was still available.
As I said its ********* to advertise something and tell customers the deal has expired while I app**** during the promotion and waiting for you to contact me.

After applying for the same deal on 16 November 2021, no one contacted me from Vodacom. I phoned in and was told they cannot help me as the deal expired.
The agent told me to send in a complaint via email that was never answered by Vodacom. Here I am convinced that Vodacom ****s their deals for attention.
