unemployed and yet Vodacom forces to take money

My husband and I have been unemployed now , this year going on the third year. I have informed Vodacom accounts department on numerous occasions that although I am aware of my obligations to them, the unfortunate situation is that I am unemployed. I have cancelled the debit order facility in September 2015. Despite corresponding with them they choose to debit my acc on the 2 Jan 16, I went the the branch in umhlanga and laid a complaint and the accounts department assured me won't happen, they were supposed to phone me back in regards to my bank unpaid charges and I am still waiting for their call. Today again they try to debit my account knowing that I am unemployed with no income. They are messing up my bank account and incurring unnecessary charges. I know I am liable for payments, however in this situation where there is no income and my husband n I are unemployed, can't they just be patient. This is absolutely absurd and pathetic service from Vodacom. I am upset that they continue to debit my acc despite me cancellingthe facility and without my consent they continue to want to take money that is unavailable. Please sort urgently as I need to sort my unpaid chargesfor ttwo month
