UNEMPLOYED AND UNABLE TO PAY MY VODACOM MONIES OWING :-(

Hi Vodacom, please note that I am unemployed for 2 months now. Yes, I owe Vodacom R3,899.33; of which I cannot afford to pay off the entire amount currently.

I am in a financial rut, living off my retired folks, some family and friends who provide me with food and diabetic medication. I am about to be evicted shortly as I have not paid rent for 2 months as well.

Please can you assist with some form of financial reprieve please? I am actively seeking employment, sadly when over 50 years in South Africa, you are considered invalid or dead to many companies; despite 36 years of experience!!!

Please hear my plea and assist - My Vodacom lines are locked so I cannot call Vodacom. My kind neighbour allowed me to utilise their internet connectivity to browse for jobs and check emails.

Good Morning, I received a call from a Vodacom agent yesterday around 12h46 and I was given two choices of which I chose to have my number on prepaid until i pay off the account. Billing will also stop on the account. We agreed!

I bought 200MB of data yesterday for the said number and it is not working....? i need to have data to send out job application, Vodacom have a heart please! I am unemployed, i need a job to pay off the debt of owing you guys...where did my 200MB go???
