Unecessary Admin Fees

Disappointing to find out when renewing my Vodacom mobile contract for the fifth two year cycle I had to pay a R150 admin fee. I was told in no uncertain terms that the fee is applicable, take it or leave it. This is the gratitude one receives for being loyal to a Mobile Vendor for ten consecutive years. Yet first time subscribers to Vodacom don't pay admin fees even though new sim cards and connections are required...
