Uneccessary fees
I tried to see if I could upgrade end of November, apparently my vodacom account was in arrears with R108. I made cash payment for my entire bill for Desember to be able to see if I could upgrade allowing the system to be unlocked. Because of paying the account the debit order would be a double payment for Desember. So I disputed it. So I have been charged for paying early and now a fee is charged because of this. This is truelly a way to rob the cuatomers and I am very displeased
