Uneccesary Package Migration

So I bought a contract phone from vodacom I was not told the Sim was unlimited I later discovered I had to pay R2000 owing to vodacom.i discontinued the Sim for a while so I could pay off the amount due. I then received a call from a consultant whom mislead me to changing my contract package saying the amount I pay will not change I've been paying R500 and now I'm paying R1100 just like that because the consultant **** to me saying with the new package I will still pay the very same Amount of R500 for the phones, I really don't understand how vodacom works just to make sales we are **********, I need vodacom to cancel this because when I call to cancel I'm told I need to pay an extra R1000 for what? No please contact me on ***
