Undermining my PhD qualification

I am tired of being undermined by Vodacom. It's has been years now telling them the same thing that my title is Dr not Mr. They are free to contact the university to verify but in all honesty it is none of Vodacom's concern. They must just do it. I am thinking of stopping my 3 contracts with Vodacom for their bad attitude.
