Undelivered Promises - 4 months later

<p>24 December 2016 had an upgrade due, went to 3 stores that could not assist with Huawei P9 R2000 Woolworths vouchers upon purchase. I come from Pretoria and work in Sandton. On this day my mother who owns the account was with me and therefore went to the nearest Vodacom to try again which so happened to be Cresta Vodacom 4U. The Consultant said the Huawei Rep would be delivering vouchers soon and that he would make a plan for it to be delivered in Sandton, therefore we went ahead with the purchase. 4 months now, the Consultant has left the company, I have phoned numerous times, with promises for feedback, up until today I was told no Woolworths voucher would be given. The entire process of getting this upgrade was appauling, you would not want me to get into the discussion around the service we receieved at the two Sandton Branches and one Tzaneen Branch, going from shop to shop, then having being promised something that was the focus around purchasing the phone, now not to have this delivered upon after 4 MONTHS!!!! IT SEEMS AS THOUGH VODACOM ARE HAPPY TO LIE ABOUT SOMETHING TO GET A SALE AND THEN NOT DELIVER ON THE PROMISE FOR IT JUST TO BE THE SUPPLIERS FAULT!!! Why are they giving false information? Why have I had to follow up on this matter over and over? WHY DO I NOT HAVE MY VOUCHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
