Undelivered phone procedure completely ridiculous

So I decided to order my upgrade through the online store to avoid going to a store. Turns out that the site didn't recognize that I can upgrade even though it says I can everywhere on my profile. So I got a message to phone the upgrades department which all went well and I placed my order. I received a tracking number not too long after placing the order. The next day I check up on the tracking number and see that the street name was missing and a call went out to confirm this. I never received a call from Ram couriers in this regard and could not get through to their call center at all. Now the order is sent back to Vodacom which seems to take a day or two and then it takes Vodacom another 3 days to capture the return. Of course I made several calls to follow up and see what the hold up is but every time I got told that problem needs to run it's course. So eventually I got an SMS stating that the return has been captured and I need to decide whether I would like to place the same order again or cancel it. I rep**** to the SMS with the correct option but this didn't work either. So I called the call center again and managed to place the order, or so I thought, because I only got a call to confirm all the same details again the next day. After this I got another automated SMS to reply to which didn't work. Another call to the call centre and I get told that I will receive another call from the confirmation center.

This is completely unacceptable. After 12 days and 15 calls I am no further in getting my new phone delivered. I have really tried my best to help the process along but to no avail. Please assist me in getting this sorted.
