Terrible customer service. My sister and I went to the shop to buy phones on contract. The entire process felt like torture. My application had to be vetted twice because Delron (sales assistant) didnt know what he was doing. My sister never got her phone because she had to wait 4 weeks for a phone to be delivered, only to find out that they dont manufacture the phone anymore. Bare in mind that we had to follow up. No call or update from them. Nothing. She eventually decided to cancel her application. The shop assistants are so clueless, uncouthed and lacking in respect. As soon as you see that Vodacom shop door, do yourself a favour and walk away.
