Uncouth treatment

<p>On Saturday (26 November 2016) my sister and I went to the Vodashop store in Eastgate to purchase a handset for me and upgrade her existing contract. Unaware that the strore has a system whereby you collect a ticket first, we walked in looking for a consultant who could help us. A woman by the name of Lerato who works there ( with a blonde weave) rudely ordered us to collect a ticket and not just walk in, throwing gestures in our faces. We didnt take kindly to this, as we tried to explain to her she was unbelievably rude and unprofessional in her response. When I told her that I used to work for Vodacom and thats not how clients are treated her response was "You used to, so dont come tell me'.Obviously an altercation followed, I then asked one of the staff for the manager, as I was telling the manger what had happened, one of the customers over-heard me and she also threw in that Lerato had been exceptionally rude with her as well.</p> <p>Not wanting anything to do with the store we decided to leave the upgrade and purchase. It's very disconcerting that Vodacom employs people like Lerato who have NO client etiquette nor desire to be professional at their jobs, when there's scores of people who are well deserving of that job.</p> <p> </p> <p>How many other people experience such treatment at that store and walk away because they dont know any better?</p>
