Unclear how Vodacom bills sharecalls and unreachable by email

I'm unable to contact Vodacom by email. Hence 1 star but that's not why I'm writing this review.

Does Vodacom charge extra to dial sharecalls and if so why?

Why charge extra especially as the recipient of the call is subsidising the cost of the call?

Why hasn't Vodacom updated it's infrastructure to bill sharecalls correctly?

After all. Share calls should be cheaper to phone, not more expensive.

So sharecall numbers (086) are charged the same as dialing Telkom landline (011) numbers on Vodacom prepaid?

But why are they not cheaper? It's a sharecall so the company I'm phoning is subsidising the call so that I pay less to phone them (can be very expensive waiting 30 to 45 minutes just to speak to someone and if their computer is slow like it often is you can add an extra 15 to 30 minutes, and before you look you have spent R60 airtime just for 1 phone call)
