Uncertisfied service

Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-21EO-2ENR27 has been closed. Thank you Vodacom. Vodacom I have a froud case with you guys and just received this sms that the case has been closed yet I was not solutioned. How do you close the case without giving me feedback am really getting ****ed off with your service after writing a review on hellopeter they called me asked what happened and that I must send through affidavit I did that case was oppend but nobody is communicating with me on how is the case going just get am sms that the case is been closed. I want you know if the contract was canceled and it won't affect me on my credit score cuz right now I don't know what's going on.
