Uncancelled contracts.
I had to cancel my contracts - was told to pay a fee to cancel contracts prematurely - which i did - I emailed and communicated to head office. I was told that the contracts would be cancelled accordingly. Monthly debit orders are still going through - nothing cancelled. When I call - I get keep waiting for over 30 min - and nobody responds to email queries.
