unblocked simcard

I lost my fone about a month ago and I called vodacom the very next day to block it and do a sim swop as that is my cellphone banking number and all my in contact/***** alerts go to that number. I did the sim swop but have not activated the sim by putting it in another fone and ow somebody else is using my number that I have rica'd for. It has even been that long yet this has happened. I need that number blocked and my sim swop re-instated.Please contact me asap
