Unblacklisting - paid in full
I paid my Vodacom contracts in FULL on the 11.03.2015 - I do not owe Vodacom a cent. I requested my SAMSUNG S5 to be unblacklisted - I was told to go into the store and complete a form and fax or email to Vodacom - I did this on 16.03.2015. I received an email on 17.03.2015 11:45 telling me accounts unblacklisted the phone and I should ensure the handset was off for 24 hours. I did this. I switched my phone on after the 24 hours and still not working. I have been sending continuous emails trying to find out what is happening. I OWN this phone now. I want it unblacklisted today or I want a new phone by close of business.

Vodacom continues to read the emails and could care less with a response I guess because I don't owe money anymore.

Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE - IMEI ***

***~67J4
