Unblacklisting of wrong blacklisting

Good day,

I received a Blackberry Bold on a contract from Vodacom way back in 2009/2010. The Blackberry was held as a spare device. When my friend's parents were ******, I gave them my old device to use. They went to the Vodacom outlet to blacklist the cellular device that was ****** and to purchase a prepaid sim card for the devise I gave them. The person at the branch inadvertantly blacklisted the device that I gave them to use. They have been sent on total round about to have this device unblacklisted. I have had to provide my ID number, then a copy of my ID book and then when I called the call centre, I had to complete an unblacklisting form. Now Vodacom is insisting on my original purchase documents for the cellular. It is a total disgrace that Vodacom can treat a customer like this to fix an error made by a Vodacom employee.
