unblacklisting not successfu,

My phone was ******. I blocked my sim and blacklisted my iphone 5s. By some miracle i was able to get my phone back. I went to the vodom shop in bayside, filled out a form to unblacklist and nothing has happened yet. My phone still says no service anc the sim swap was successful. Works in my tablet but not my phone. I am so disappointed and frustrated with vodacom<br>
