Unblacklist my hanset

On the 2nd of November 2017 my phone was lost I blacklisted the phone and the same day my phone was recovered. I immediately got an written affidavit and handed it in at Meyersdal branch together with the completed relevant form that they required to un blacklist my handset I was informed that it would take 48 Hours thereafter my phone will be functional. However it is now the 9th November and I can still not use my phone I went back to Meyersdal branch who handed me a paper stating that the phone was un blacklisted and I was referred to a repairs centre They sent me to the Vodacom Branch who assisted me with my phone but by the time I arrived home my phone was yet again not working I called 082111 who informed me that the phone was only unblacklisted on the 7th November2017 and that I must switch my phone off for 48 Hours this was duly done Yet again my phone was not working. I called 082111 again and spoke to three different people one of whom did not even bother to call me back Then I spoke to some senior employee who informed me that the form I filled in at Meyersdal branch was only received on the 9th November by Vodacom and that my phone will yet again take a further 7 days to be ****ional She however promised me that she would call me back bur up to now yet again no reply. Everybody within the organisation is telling me a different story.
