Unbelivable - NO concept re SERVICE!!

Went to Vodaworld with my broken cellphone to repair. Waited ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES to have my number called just to be served. The gentleman who served me showed me on his computer that my number waited one hour and forty minutes!! Eventually more than two hours later left Vodaworld. ONE WEEK later an exhourbatent quote received after two phone calls enquiring as to the outcome. I received a quote of R3600.00 to repair a cracked screen. Declined the quote and found a company in Rivonia who quoted R1600.00!! How does Vodacom justify such an exhouratant quote firstly and secondly WHAT is going on at Vodacom that it takes an hour and a half to serve a customer, let alone more than double quoted for my repair?? So Vodacom not only ***** the customer on repairs with insanely ridiculous markups but also a ridiculous turn around time just to be served let alone wait for a quote! Vodacom PLEASE can you explain this no care attitude let alone respect for anyone ELSE's time!!
