Unbelievably ridiculous service.

I called Vodacom to request an easy pay or pay@ number. The person that assisted me told me that they do not have those numbers. I wanted to make payment of my account at the store but I could not because Vodacom decided it was a good idea to not have an easy pay or pay@ number. What’s worse is that the easy pay and pay@ options are visible on the Vodacom app so how is it possible that they do not exist yet they can be located in the app. After these contracts I’m never ever going to use Vodacom again. The service is just ridiculous
