Unbelievable Pathetic Service

I have been with Vodacom for more than 4 years and I have never missed even one payment and in the beginning of the year I discovered that my account had been **********ly upgraded and I immediately notified vodacom of my suspicion of this matter and on the 4th of January I logged a service request and from that day everything just started to go wrong as Everytime I contacted vodacom to get feedback I got sent from pillar to post, from one agent to another and each of those times I got told different stories of what was happening with my quiry and eventually after more than 2 to 3 Weekes of being transferred nd not getting satisfactory feedback one of their agent told me about the procedure that I have to make an avidavit nd a certified ID copy wit three of my signatures which I did send and I was told again to wait for 7 working days or something which I waited and again when I called after 7 working days they told me they had not received my documents but no one had made me aware that they were having that kind of problem, time passed and on the 15th of February I was told that the service request had been open too long and they had to close it and open a new one which I let them do and immediately I send those documents through to them again, 7 working days later when I again had to do the follow up I was told again that they had not received my documentation and that I had to email them again, eventually after battling again for a couple of weeks I sent my documents through to 2 different vodacom agents on their direct work emails and eventually on 14/03/2017 I got this message from vodacom.,.........."Dear client ***** is confirmed and requested subscriber collections to reverse the upgrade and refund you after 14 days.Rgds Siphiwe Makhubo"....... And I was happy because finally I thought things would go back to normal, and on top of the SMS I got a call to confirm what the SMS had told me as they also needed an instruction on how to proceed with my account and I instructed them to revert back to the contract I had before it was **********ly upgraded not knowing that I was making a huge mistake because vodacom wasn't done messing up my account, On the 22nd of March a debit order was passed on my bank account for the money which was due to vodacom and I was convinced that everything was inorder but then on 04/04/2027 I received this message from vodacom...,......."Your Credit Limit Bar has been activated. To view balances, buy bundles & save dial *111# or visit vodacom.mobi." and that automatically nearby my account was locked and I was barred from the Vodacom service, which nearby that 2 of my vodacom lines had been compromised as I have 2 contracts linked together with them and from that day I have contacted vodacom more than 6 times and on all those calls I spend on average 30 minutes trying to get it resolved meaning in the past 5 days I have wasted roughly 3 hours of my time, time I could have spent being productive on other matters, each of those times I called I got told different stories and they activated my lines only for them to be blocked roughly like an hour later, and eventually one of the agents tells me it is because of the ********** upgrade incident which is influencing as an invoice of about R10230 was the one making the issue to have a credit limit bar on my lines, It's been such a huge inconvenience as my lines are data sim cards which meant I had to buy airtime on my other prepaid line to convert it to data so that I can at least be connected on the internet and do my work and other personal stuff, and to end of I would like to say in my opinion and I stand to be corrected since this whole incident started if I were to collett all the times I spent contacting vodacom for this matter I am pretty sure it can actually make up more than 12 hours which would be an entire full day that vodacom has cost me because of their gross incorpetense on handling this matter and I hope to hear from them soon as I am typing this review my line got disconnected again.

Broken promise from Vodacom as I am still waiting to be contacted by one of the vodacom agents regarding my enquiry.
