Unbelievable
Why bother to write a review. They will reply; a consultant will be in contact... and will not resolve.
Ok, so now i have had about 25 consultants trying to change a number that VODACOM gave me on a new contract... its a recycled number that belongs to some one else.. so now i must share my phone nr.. NO ONE AT VODACOM can change the number.They say its not possible. I must share the number.. thats it!!! I am going to the Ombudsman
