Unbelievable!!!!!!

I got a reply back from Vodacom. Moenier Social Media Support Help Desk called me, he was trying his best but because no one at Vodacom bothered to do their job right and make proper notes he could not help me. Ultimately I cant be helped will let contract expire. Please anyone never deal with Vodacom, you will regret it sometime later....
